One of our most ambitious renovations to date, Solera Isle is a 20,000-square-foot estate that underwent a comprehensive transformation. The original structure featured a classic, formal layout rooted in symmetry, scale, and separation, that our team carefully modernized to support contemporary life. The result is a study in balance: richly layered yet effortlessly edited, grounded yet luminous. Throughout the home, traditional elements are reinterpreted with a lighter hand through crown molding, layered ceiling treatments, and architectural paneling. Artisanal lighting, organic textures, and tailored furnishings bring a sense of balanced drama, while expansive glazing reframes lake views as living art. Every room was designed with purpose, comfort, and flow in mind, supporting both intimate moments and large-scale entertaining. Solera Isle reflects the power of design to bridge eras: stately, serene, and measured.
