A FORM DRIVEN LAKESIDE HOME SHAPED BY STILLNESS, LIGHT, PURE ARCHITECTURAL EXPRESSION.

OPENNESS AND INTENTIONAL FLOW CREATE A HOME THAT FEELS CALM, CLEAR, AND CONSIDERED.

Florida

Lacuna House was conceived as an expression of quiet modernism. Natural materials, clean lines, and intentional voids create space for reflection. The home’s architecture embraces the interplay between mass and openness, with horizontal rooflines, expansive glazing, and deeply cantilevered overhangs that blur the threshold between indoors and out. Inside, the palette remains grounded: white oak, limestone, and walnut-clad ceilings lend warmth to restraint. Moments of composed grandeur—a floating stair, monolithic hearth, or recessed gallery niche—are balanced by intimate zones designed for pause. Every gesture is deliberate, lending the house a meditative clarity that honors both setting and structure.
